We trekked briefly on the side of a hill overlooking a river before we crossed a hanging bridge to reach Tinongdan village. We chatted with Baranggay officials and the villagefolks (they ALL seemed to have gone out of their houses when we were there) while we waited for the other jeepney which had a flat tire. The locals were very hospitable. Luckily, a councilor of Lusod was there and offerred to accompany us on our trek to Lusod, lest we get lost on the trail.
